Next gen 4321 instructions and tactics?

This was my go to formation in FIFA 21, I tried it early days and really struggled due to the link between midfield and attack being too big and I switched to 4312 with the cam being that link in between midfield and attack.
I'm hoping with the last few updates anybody could share best and most up to date tactics and instructions or direct me if it is on YouTube?
What works best for you, style of play and where has it gotten you on WL or division rivals?
