What chem style best improves rttk bernardo silva?

He feels a little too slow now and shooting could be better but don't know what chem style would best fit him. Been using him on basic but think I need to give him a chem style now.

I have Catalyst on him although I do agree, he isnt as rapid as some. He could do with those 2 upgrades

Hunter, he is phenomenal at cam and even at ST. I have CF position card on him.
