Its probably not the most effective player for the amount of coins, but this game is also about playing with players you enjoy playing with. If thats Ronaldinho then it should be a no brainer.

1.2 is too much for me tbh, I'd pay max 500k for that card (and still be happy to lose coins on it).
His other cards are unobtainable for most, I used the base a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Yea there are better cards etc, but you can still score mad goals with him and the card is fun and playable around its limitations.
I ended up getting his prime from an SBC that year and its still my favourite ever card I've had on FUT, he's probs my all-time favourite player as well.
Depends though, his mid could be 1.2 mil after black Friday etc.

Yeah he's slow and his finishing is awful.
