1. Pep - budget aside he’s the best manager in the world and that’s probably been the case for 10+ years now. Had such a huge impact on football as a whole too.
2 . Klopp - Obvious reasons. The master of squad building, worked miracles with Liverpool.
3. Conte - the ultimate impact manager. Tactical genius who’s flawed by his temperament. Very intrigued to see how he does at Spurs.
4. Tuchel - good spells at Dortmund and PSG ultimately culminating in his CL win with us. If he wins the league then he’ll probably be higher on this list.
5. There’s a few who could go here but I think Moyes deserves it the most. He’s transformed a poor West Ham side into the best of the rest.

Rafa is absolute light years ahead of Moyes for me, I don't know how it's even a discussion honestly. Completely different level IMO.
Hard to rank the top guys, feels so subjective as to how you factor things in.
Give each manager 3 years to win as much as possible with the same team and I'd back Conte over anyone. But his temperament always means he never has that longevity that say Pep has had. If I had too:
Pep
Klopp
Tuchel
Conte
Rafa
But Tuchel probably drops below Conte if we don't win a CL/PL this year, he's above Conte based on my prediction that he does. I'd probably flip flop on that order though dependant on the day.
Klopp - Built and developed a team to challenge and win everything there is on a budget.
Pep - Has continued his reign of dominance in every league he's managed in. Some very intimidating teams Pep has built that can easily dismantle even the most well built teams.
Conte - A knack for turning a team around in a short amount of time to immediately begin challenging for silverware. A very short term manager but he knows how to squeeze a team to get the most out of them.
Moyes - Had a very good stint at Everton before his blunder with United, has brought the same consistency and more to West Ham. If it wasn't for Conte coming into the league, Moyes could have sneakily given United a challenge for top four.
Rafa - Another power house of a manager with a incredible CV, we all know his incredible Liverpool side. Had a lot of success with Newcastle and was building a promising side before issues with the Owner. Should build a pretty good Everton side if he's allowed too.

Agreed in a way but what Moyes is doing with West Ham is pretty impressive.
I do not see the fascination with Rafa. It seems fans still think of him as Liverpool/Chelsea Rafa. To me he’s another Jose. Was great but now is just average.
I’m not a fan of Moyes but no doubt he is currently a better manager. He turned West Ham around completely.

Honorable mentions: Rodgers & Potter
Am I blind or did you not write Tuchel? Not even Klopp changed Liverpool as fast as Tuchel changed Chelsea. Winning the CL in the first year with an out of form team is already enough to be in the top 5 managers in PL. And now he has made us the hardest team in the top 5 leagues to score against.
Top 5 least goals conceded:
Chelsea 3
Napoli 3
City 6
Freiburg 7
Sevilla 7
What more does he have to do to be top 5 managers atm in PL?
1. Klopp. I am biased, but I think his achievements are more impressive than Pep's. When deciding between the two, I ask myself, if they swapped shoes, would they continue to be as good? I personally think Klopp would continue to be as good, if not better, at an Oil Club with an unlimited budget, whereas I am fairly certain that Pep couldn't replicate what Klopp has done at Clubs like Dortmund and Liverpool, thus, my mind is made up.
2. Pep. It was always going to be between him and Klopp for the top 2 spots. His trophy-haul and dominance across several Clubs and Leagues keeps him up there, easily.
3. Conte. His serial League-winning ability has him as my rock solid 3rd choice.
4. Tuchel. Currently 4th. A CL win isn't enough to elevate him any higher, nor are League titles with PSG. He was unable to replicate what Klopp did at Dortmund. If he wins the League this season, he may overtake Conte, if Conte does poorly with Spurs.
5. Rafa/Moyes/Rodgers/Potter. Can't really pick a 5th option, to be honest.
I think the people discrediting Rafa have taken the question differently to me, if your going on current form Pep isn't even in the top 5, this season anyway.
I'm talking based on careers as well as current 'form', Rafa has achieved far more than most, but even in recent memory he did very well with a poor Newcastle team, has had a hit and miss start at Everton but I'd back him to come good.
Also @SimenHP you've been caught hook line and sinker.
People acting like Rafa only began his managerial career at Liverpool 😂😂
Even as a United fan, I can give credit where its due...
1. Klopp
2. Pep
3. Tuchel
4. Conte
5. Rafa
I put klopp first because he's done it with smaller budgets, as appose to pep, who's always had riches behind him.
Tuchel is similar to klopp. He edges conte because even though conte is better than Rafa, conte has only had domestic success. Whilst Tuchel has done the business in Europe as well as domestically
Klopp - So close to Pep but Pep spends more so I give Klopp the edge.
Pep - Could easily be 1
Conte - He wins everywhere he goes. Spurs already look better under him.
Current Moyes - Since joining West Ham he has slowly built them into legit top 4 contenders.
Tuchel - Won the CL in his first half season. Have to give credit for that.
Gerrard - very early obviously but Villa look better and more organized already. After dominating with Rangers, I expect Villa to finish around 7/8 with him in charge. Plus, nobody else in the league is making a case to be better right not.

Moyes is a good shout!
Pepe
Conte
Tuchel
Moyes/Rafa
Relatively straightforward for me. Rafa/Moyes is the trickiest one, Rafa probably ahead a bit.
Potter, Rodgers, Emery just below.
Pep.
Conte.
Tuchel.
Rafa.

Considering we now have four of the five best managers in Europe, I sincerely doubt that.

Arteta
Ten Hag?
Potter could make a case depending on how he gets on at Chelsea.
Some of the takes in this thread make for interesting reading 😏
Revised with Rodgers out for ETH
Tuchel?
which team is tuchel managing for ?
He's in your top 5
i forgot to change him out too swap him out for potter
Tuchel’s gone and I’d be surprised if Moyes made it to Christmas unless West Ham drastically improve.
As of right now I’d probably bump ETH up to 4th and Arteta in 5th. Potter just missing out in his first big job, for now.
