84 RTTK Upgrades

With the 84 rated RTTK cards e.g.Tapsoba go from 84-86 with the 3 wins, then to 87 for winning the group or just go up 1 for 3 wins then 1 for winning the group so 86 max?

87, upgrades are always equivalent to inform upgrades.

I would think the first you posted following inform upgrades. It may have been stated somewhere though. I’m just guessing!
