It’s really not, the amount of games I played last year which was clear I was the winner and the opposition either rubber banded or started messing around just to get rivals points.
That is fantastic news! Will be far more quits for sure to speed things up, and if I don't have time to play WL I can quickly gift 20 wins while still getting decent rewards!

The absolute state of the modes this year. People quitting rivals to avoid promotion or because there are no consequences, people quitting all 20 games in champs because they still get rewarded. The people running this game have 80 IQ.

People probably forget what to do. Quit in wl and give opponent win. In rivals quit but don’t give your opponent the win as you will force them up a divisions. Also while quitting you are racing the other person to who can quit fast enough.

Yeah, he doesn't realize that by giving away wins in qualifications he potentially increases the pool of low-skill/average players in the WL, thereby increasing his chances of getting easier matches, and thus possibly better rewards.
