WL quali points from Rivals rewards when already qualified

Qualified for WL proper last monday.. what happens to the 400 quali points I recieved from rival rewards..? Worst scenario ill get 1000 quali points from WL rewards..

Thats 1400 Total so would only need 100 to enter play-offs..
