Can someone explain the new Rivals / Weekend League format to me please?

Hey all, just wondering if someone could explain the new Rivals / Weekend League format please? Just want to know how things work now, such as; promotion, relegation, rewards, play-offs, WL qualification etc.

A clear explanation from someone would be much appreciated

You are not going to qualify wl unless you live for fifa.
You are going to stuck in div 6 or similar in rivals, loosing 80% of yor games.
You are going to break your control and delete the game in few weeks.
Thats the real format right now!!!
