I've been out of the fifa loop for a few months and I seen Mostovoi was getting one this year. Obviously growing up he was 1 of my personal favourites.

What is this concept?.. Are these cards on the market? Is it an SBC? Is it limited to a preorder? Can't really find a clear cut answer

They’re in packs from October 1st. They’re league specific so basically icons from that league but not as good haha. Like Joe Cole has to be in a Prem side or England side for an example
