The trial and the game are the same thing. You will be able to download the game tomorrow, then if you have ea access you can play for 10 hours with a countdown, then it will lock until next monday (when the game timer you should have just now runs out). After that you'll be able to play it with no time restrictions. This is how it worked last year, and with Madden 22 last month.

Also when I went into my EA play hub thing it said it was retired and visit the store...is this where I will find the 10 hour trial when it becomes available?

You don’t have “EA access trial” because there ain’t any. You might have FIFA 22 preloaded since that is possible to do
