Moving from xb1 to ps5 when 22 comes out, what do I need to do to get web app access

My mate has a ps5 with fifa 21 so I can start my account and get it on fifa, do I need to play x amount of games or anything to get web app access as soon as web app is released?

I've seen cases where it was done in 20 odd games, but also read people that have been playing hunderds of games without getting access.
Best sho is to play indeed, do the odd DBC now and then, and hope for the best
