Today's update

Has anyone else lost their custom squads(with all transfers done manually) after the update? Mine have all reset,and even the latest squad update is months behind. Absolutely fuming

Doesn't this happen every time they update? You have to backup the files after making changes or else they can get wiped. Really frustrating if you've made lots of changes... I've been there

I didn’t know this. This is most unfortunate. I’ve made a lot of changes, trying to track the transfers (mostly in UK) as best I can. Gladly this won’t affect the saves (I take it). But the chance of using the custom squads for a new save is now gone, I presume. Haven’t tried this though. Does the problem affect all the platforms? I don’t think I’ve lost my changes with the recent updates before this one, at least. (And again, I haven’t checked them after the most recent update.)

It seems like with every squad update the saved squads always reset. I've now redone all the transfers and uploaded the save file to the cloud storage . So hopefully next update ,I can re load my cloud squad save and it will be ok. But I'm not sure

So you save via ps cloud or usb???

Oh you just mean that the *squad* update resets the squads. I wouldn’t have thought that this would be surprising. How could the game both update the squads and take into account the changes that have been made by the player? Once I’ve started changing the squads I’ve never thought of updating them.

But of course it really sucks to lose the changes. An easy way of saving the squads/rolling back would be nice.

I wish there was a way to do updates but only of player stats

So when you click download latest update you get the choice of:

- Stats/Attributes only
- Full Squad Update

Resetting the squads as the only way to get the latest stats update is so annoying 😩
