If you press Square after a goal you suck your thumb and it looks like SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
then after you do the flappy arms .

In my experience it’s only absolute plonkers who celebrate so I just take solace in the knowledge that I am a superior human being to them.

Maybe I'm in the minority but if I've just conceded a BS goal I like my opponent to celebrate as it gives me a bit of time to calm down. If they don't celebrate I'll often pause just to try and calm down and concentrate on the game again.

I rarely celebrate, I couldn't even tell you how to do any now. If I hold Square it the "Turn and zoom" one as I've got that set or if I hold X it's just the default for that player. Don't know any other ones off the top of my head.
