Do EA actually know that England have won four games now not just 3? That's a wondering when foden and company will be upgraded for there win against Ukraine?

Might be earlier, might not.
After a FOF Path to Glory item qualifies for an upgrade, the earliest the corresponding player item will be updated is the following Friday. Upgrades might take up to 72 hours to appear in-game.
I support England, but it's definitely getting a bit ridiculous everyone overlooking the fact there is a semi final to win first.

Why does it take so long to Upgrade these Live Cards?
It should be done at 6pm the very next day after each Player Qualifies for an Upgrade, if they can Release SBC's/Content at that time it shouldn't be too difficult to also Upgrade the Live Players.

They upgraded on a Wednesday last week (two days early) so no reason why they can't upgrade them today.
