Pack preview shows non-special version

I've gone through my preview packs and having Sassuolo's Locatelli as one of the players.
He is the highest rated card in a 5k gold pack, but it's the common version.
On the pack odds it says <1% chance of getting a FOF summer stars player so there is a chance of getting one in the pack.
Why is my preview showing the wrong Locatelli?
He's not sbc or objective only from what I can see.
*edit: to add, this is previewed on android app, I haven't been able to get on console yet.

Go on EA chat and they’ll change it for the special card mate
I logged in at 6pm and went straight through the previews. I must've been a few seconds early.
