I've got game pass ultimate too, but weirdly after not receiving the boost since November, I got it for last season (no kits or other stuff though). Not had it this season though.

I only started playing again this year when it came onto gamepass and received the bonus for the last day of season 5 and season 6.
But a quick search earlier showed that it has been a random problem since January with limited success at getting the xp back through EA help

i gave up with ea help - argued the case a few months back and found the response inconsistent. some agents were manually giving me the boost and others said they'd been instructed not to because it was a global issue. I think it's been fixed though on my account, because I'm no longer seeing adverts in game for ea play.

Same here..Got the boost a few days into last season. Will wait and see.

I’ll contact EA soon. The last time I had to go this route was January. Last few season it was automatic

No boost yet think I got it day or so after last time not that am worried not much in the season rewards anyway

It's monthly and not based on the season. You will get it next month I guess.

To be honest I don't care. I ended up with 130k exp last season. 3.5k exp are not worth the hassle of rolling the EA support dice.
