For some reason I can't claim it yet as it says it's available on June 16th although I'm 100% positive that it was available on 14th last time when I checked..

Yeah, it said the 14th before.

Can't redeem it right now, it'll probably be available at 6pm today

How do you find how to claim the rewards please? Have to do this on console or can use phone app?

You log in with your Amazon account (it needs to have prime)
You click claim later this afternoon when it becomes available
Then you log into the game on console and the pack will be there
