    YES STIPE I LOVE IT

Worth the stay up for sure! Took so many punches, Stipe head movement is near enough non existent :joy:
Thought he was gunna lose to another poke in the eye tbh, done well to recover!

    :joy:

Gutted for DC to go out on a loss but so happy for Stipe, a true American working class hero. The finish was beautiful.

Costa vs Whittaker/Izzy is going to be incredible.

Why the hell was the crowd booing the costa vs romero decision

No idea the casuals were being nightmares last night
Unreal how many people were saying Stipe was 2-1 up after 3
Had him 3-0 down, could slightly understand if you gave him the third but wouldn’t agree with it
Thought Costa 2-1 was absolutely fair

As usual romero gave away a fight

He has the fight IQ of a goldfish

I had cormier 3-0 up too, but that 4th round was top class from stipe

Imo the highest quality heavyweight fight in UFC history

Romero did try r2 with the late takedown and he did try and get a jab going
But he missed almost all of his jabs and spent the whole round with his back against the cage
Too busy sticking his tongue out instead of fighting
Don’t get why people would be mad that some undefeated bloke won rather than a 42 year old who’s already fought the champ twice anyway

Stipe getting a phone call from his dad to say he was cancer free less than 20 mins after he regained the world title <3
    So wholesome

Costa-Yoel was close, but surprised at the outrage of the decision. I had Costa 29-28, but either way it was a fantastic fight, and the prospect of Costa vs Bobby Knuckles or Izzy is far more intriguing than Yoel I think.

Hope we get Nate vs Masvidal, that would be such a crazy fight, get it booked plz UFC!

Also gutted for DC, love that dude so much. Impressive from Stipe to make the adjustment after round 3 though, he was getting pieced up by DC early in the fight and looked lost. The adjustment to the body shots was fantastic. Hope we see a trilogy fight, either after Ngannou gets a go, or straight away, happy either way.

diaz would never turn down the trilogy for this masdival noname. money talks, bs walks. especially now that diaz has more negotiation room with dana saying he moves the needle. as for costa, no doubt he is the new champ in the division as yoel destroyed whittaker and should have had that belt. It gets interesting with adensanya in the picture as that guy could be costas biggest problem. Im predicting a adensanya vs costa showdown as adensanya.

Big and also fights superbly while going backwards which helps negate Lomas footwork a bit
18/1 for Campbell to win on points is an absolute steal

Wow those scorecards were a complete disgrace
Loma won but like 116-111 or 115-112 not 119-108, what were they watching

Any fight with hughie is. He is so horriblex like a deranged tyson without any combinations or intent in his punches.

Well they had him up 1 before the 11th so the knockdown makes it higher. But 119 108.. obviously a loma fan.. i gave luke the first 2/3 and loma the 5-7th and 12th.. i was phasing kn and out of scoring tbh from awe of the fight tbh.. but yeah loma was nicking it but kd sealed it. For all campbells good work, the distance control was just that. Luke is so unlucky man, need to wait till loma moves back down it seems

Oh yeh I’m not disputing the Loma victory, it was very close then he got the +3 in the last two rounds that made it 100% sure he won the fight
But to say Campbell only won the first round is shocking, how on earth did they come to that conclusion

    Unreal performance from Khabib.

You would hope it sets up Khabib vs Ferguson (VI) but can never tell in this sport.

    Who beats Khabib at 155?

    1. Tony Ferguson
    2. Colby Covington
    3. Nate Diaz
    4. Gregor Gillespie
    5. GSP
    6. Justin Gaethje

Tony and Colby have the best skill set to beat him imo

Gaethje stands a good chance if his wrestling credentials are legit. Hard to tell with his style.

I'm good with McGregor not fighting again. 0 interest in seeing him lose to Khabib again which will happen if gets any kind of W against anyone and receives a title shot...
