And the average season he had, do you think EA will include him on TOTS?

Isn’t The law Innocent until proven guilty ?

it is, but in similar cases with Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo EA took action without the due legal process

No comment on the ‘controversy’ but feels harsh to say he had an average season when he missed 95 days of the season out injured and still managed 0.83 goal contributions per game in the league and 0.90 goal contributions per game in all competitions.

Not when it comes to public relations and public perception.

And really no, the law is "not guilty" until proven guilty. Being proven innocent is legally different e.g. someone wrongfully convicted can be released from jail but only be compensated if "proven innocent."

per game all competitions doesnt matter, only Ligue 1 games counts towards Ligue 1 tots. 18 games total and 5 out of 9 goals are pens. Not impressing from stats from Neymar. Yeah high goal contribution pr min but again low amount of games High amount of pens

isn't it too much time injured and few games played to add him to TOTS?

The presumption of innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty. ... The prosecution must in most cases prove that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If reasonable doubt remains, the accused must be acquitted.

Neymar was never going to be not included in tots - he's 50% of the appeal of Ligue 1 tots too most fut players.

Didn’t he get accused of harrasment A couple years as well and it was proven that the girl lied and was even charged ? I’m not saying he innocent of whatever new accusations have been made but man it must suck how someone can ruin your reputation without any proof , look at what happened with Johnny depp

It’s most certainly — innocent until proven guilty.

And wouldn’t he be proven innocent if he was released from jail?

I'm an attorney... "Innocent until proven guilty" is a nice platitude, but not a particularly accurate description of the reality.
