MLS Tourney?

Anybody on console who can confirm that this one has opened up?

I'm assuming the requirements are all 18 MLS, but what's the online/offline prizes and offline difficulty?

Just trying to decide if I should put together a team before I get home from work, or just throw all of them onto the transfer list and get rid of them for max profit as soon as I'm on console.
