Can EA help me to ban the player that just cheated me?

The game started around 11.30pm tonight 27/04/2021. I went 1 up then he scores 2. He pauses the game then when play resumes my players are unresponsive and slow. I persisted and scored 3. He pauses the game and when it resumes, after 2 seconds the game disconnects and when I check the match history it doesn't show that we played that game at all. It was in the 78th minute this happened.

All I know is that his name began with a 'j'.

Yes EA can help and I am sure they will be all over this for you. Lets examine the facts shall we:

We dont know your username
We dont know your platform you play on
We dont know your opponent, though you very kindly narrowed it down to the first letter which is "j"
We have a date and an approximate time

Right EA lets do this!

Can you search every game on every platform that had one users name starting with the letter "j" between say 11pm and 11:59pm on the 27th April.

If you could post the 3,247,645 potential answers here in the next 10 mins, then we can surely snag the culprit.

The information needed is not something I would post on the forum. For example, we are not allowed to name and shame cheaters. Also, any information posted that could identify the individual is not allowed. Instead, should I be contacted, which I haven't yet, then all necessary info would be provided. No one has even posted in the thread from the forum admin.

Every time I read anything on this forum, you are commenting on threads being an absolute roaster. Is there something in your life that is making you unhappy? Speak to someone mate. Get some help. Taking it out on people on the forum is not a good look and makes you come across as a complete helmet.
