Currently 4 PIM Owen on the Xbox market, 1.9-2m.

Being hoarded again by traders who’ll make like 10k per card if they’re quick enough to sell him when his price range is changed.

Why EA couldn’t just give him a larger range until they see what his price settles at I don’t know.
