Why hasn't he been upgraded?

Seems like they goofed. His normal ucl is extinct on market as they upgraded that to 88 instead of his rttf

No clue but now there is no UCL rate Brandt's as they have all changed to rttf

I was wondering as I knew I had one regular UCL Brandt this afternoon and packed an untradeable so moved the first to the transfer list and the next thing I know, he's sitting at 88.

Not bad, decided to list the extra and he sold for 150K. Thanks EA.
