How do you get a cam-cm modifier?

Been trying for 45 minutes now. Seems impossible.

Any tips please i need help.

Did you put the minimum price at 4900 and Max at 5000? Just keep hitting Y or Triangle until they pop up?

While in the search (having found 1 but missed it), click compare prices and then back out, it will refresh quicker than the menu's... other than that with great difficulty lol.
