Amazon/Twitch free packs issue

Did the linking Amazon gaming to Twitch, it took me to the ea site to sign in to claim the packs.
EA then emailed a code to authenticate, while retrieving the code the page reloaded back to amazon gaming, it says its been 'claimed', won't let me re-open and can't see any packs anywhere.

Any ideas?
