Playing as soon as it opens on Friday is never a good idea mate
played someone who had red Neymar and TOTY Mbappe. Boateng Moments didn't stand a chance

What formation and tactics you using?
yeah, i almost usually lose 3 of my first 5 games
Won second game 5-3
Third game came from behind 3-1 to 3-3 to have the other guy do a no loss glitch

Usually get gold 2. What the actual ❤️❤️❤️❤️ has happened to defending in this game. In 3 games I’ve conceded 14 goals and scored 9 my defenders just won’t tackle or close anyone down as soon as a through ball is played they stand still and let the attackers run. So frustrating.

I normally have my best run early doors on a Friday lol, went 8-3 last week. Sadly my mrs is inconveniently here today 😑
Lost my first 3 game! I normally win 3-5 first game's easily.
I keep conceding to rebounds from high team press and my opponents GK save everything.
4-3-2-1 has been my strongest this year. Ill try an odd 5-2-1-2 too for a change sometimes too.
4321 tactics fairly balanced. 4/4 depth width CMs/CDMs cover centre and 2 of them stay back. LF & RF get in box for crosse.
That ball roll is destroying my defence, straight from kick off. It parts my defence like Moses. Someone had TOTY Mbappe and he was just exploding after a skill move, like a missile. Thought they nerfed the speed boost after a skill but apparently Mbappe didn't get the memo.
New additions to the team this week, Prime Torres and RTTF Cancelo alongside the return of Flashback Khedira
Connection seems fine, Torres genuinely seems incredible.
Got Maddison and Kostic as my reds this week, not bad tbh
Packed untradable mid Eto
Sold my cr7 and baby blanc and bought 90 gullit.
Eto is nowhere near as good as cr7 because of height,strength,position,5 star skills.
Gullit though is just unreal going forward his left foot has so much power and accuracy,

I feel your pain. They walk into the room and that’s you an automatic goal down. Even worse when they sit down beside you and start talking.
Went 1-0 up from a corner, then 1-1 from a perfectly good goal.
I go 2-1 up, opponent equalises because the game passed to the wrong player and it got intercepted, surprise surprise
I got 3-2 up because of a soft header from Torres, he equalises again from another pass that hasn't gone where I aimed it and convenient drops to the feet of his striker who goes on to score.
I then concede another, he's been trying to do 1-2's between his striker and CAM all game which I've been reading, Vidic then does a stupid lunge and completely misses instead of just intercepting the return pass. Selling out my over centreback and costing me a goal. Then conceded a 5th because I went to chase the game and got caught, which happens obviously.
If the game didn't screw me I feel like I would've won comfortably. Obviously it's not how the game works but if the passes went correct and Vidic didn't lunge against my will then I don't have to press hard and concede a 5th. It's a potential 3-1 win thrown away, he would've pushed harder if he were losing I'd imagine allowing me more space behind. Frustrating.
Kante added to the team after doing premium PL upgrades, also Rashford who is only really in for chemistry, short term fix.
Trying red Pope, I think his normal card is a myth, but I’ll see what he’s like, probably end up putting DDG back in though.
Impact subs I’ll be looking at POTM Fati, POTM Felix, the new Suarez and NIF KDB.
Probably play to 14 and stop, too many weekends spent grinding to 17 without it being worthwhile.
My defence seems vulnerable but opposition is locked tight and there teams are always on me. Any advise please chaps.

See normally I don't notice it, maybe I just get lucky matching with guys who like to attack, and generally you get a couple of boring games... But I'm 6/6 for boring games this weekend where I'm dominating the ball and they're running around with 1 midfielder 🥱
Like I was 4-2 up in my last game and he still wouldn't commit more than 3 people in attack 😭 The game mode isn't even rewarding so why do people insist on playing it like that, I'll never understand.

I used to have my full backs overlap. This year I can't do that as I get countered too easily.
