A question regarding the custom tactics and the in-game chems

If I, say, have custom tactics for a certain formation, in my case 3-5-2, and player instructions set for positions, and I set the initial tactics to 3-4-3, and then switch in-game to 3-5-2:

1) are custom tactics and player instructions kept at their original 3-5-2 settings?
2) what are the in-game chems for certain players? If for example I moved my CDM to CB and the chem in 3-4-3 is 7, what is his chem in-game, when I move him back at CDM?

I am obviously trying to fit something: Neymar in PL team. Sometime I start him as LM, with Telles atb and Allan + Jesus to support his chem, but usually I play him as a sub (then I play with Freeze AWB and Werner upfront) and then start with Mane at LM (disclaimer: all cards untradeable), with Neymar subbing one of the STs as LF.

    OK.
Thanks bro, so it will be some compromise, just have to prioritize chems.

yea man. You start with whatever formation gives you best chem. Then set your tactics forr what you want to play and you'll change to that tactic with the d-pad.
