Hacked and transfer market banned due to hack

Since October I have been trying to get transfer market back as I was hacked and then hacker got me banned then changed email on account. Got my account back on 31st Oct so now waiting on data and privacy team to get back to me with all the information and answers I have asked for as ea help don’t seem to be able to help and keep getting same automated emails. Just don’t see how they can’t see it wasn’t me. Never cheated in my life and spend a lot on Fifa. If can’t get it sorted I hope ban is lifted on Fifa 22. Not sure if I would have to make new Xbox live account and ea to start fresh ?
