Problem with player names/ squad update

Since last night, when I log into fut it tells me I need a squad update, then it immediately goes to 100%. When I enter the game the names of all the players are mixed up. My icon players have no name at al, and red links. Any way to fix this, is anyone else having this problem? Also can’t connect to any games .

I’m having the same issues and also started last night but it seems that only few of us are having it and so I’m concerned this will never be fixed.

I deleted fifa and am reinstalling now, I’ll let you know if that fixes it.

Deleting fifa and reinstalling did not fix the issue.

I was having the same issue the other day, as much as some of the player names were making me laugh, the fact I couldn't find a game was frustrating. So I looked online and apparently you need to go to settings, profile, delete and then delete the squad update 1 or something along those lines, it worked for me.

No worries! Thought I'd have to delete my club or something haha but luckily found the answer online from someone who had the same issue, such a bizarre glitch though
