Got hacked, put 2FA on if you haven't already!
Someone logged in my account last night and wiped my account:
500k coins
1m worth of tradeables
2m worth of untradeables quicksold or put in SBC's?!
Even my Reds were put in the Fut Champions Upgrade, they were gone and had a red Haaland (which I never had before) in my quicksell recovery list!!
70 saved WL/Rivals packs for TOTY gone..
Unbelievable...not only getting all my coins but also quickselling untradeable SBC players?? FFS...
Made a case with EA Support, hopefully I wil get something back....but I am afraid that the packs are gone forever...
Never had 2FA on, but will from now on...lesson learned!

Yeah quickselling the untradeables is very harsh...especially with the recovery not working properly...just found Sol Campbell which wasnt there earlier..

On top of this, EA transfer banned him permanently. I mean, yes it looked pretty suspicious. But considering the players he still had, it was obvious he didn't mess around himself.
At EA phone or chat, those employees don't know a thing about the game itself. They only look at what happened with the account
Damn, really sorry to hear all this. From what I’ve heard in the past they might be able to get you back anything quick sold but stuff that went into SBCs might be harder.
Also, clearly this took a bit of time for someone to do. Seems like kind of a lot of work for a random person to do another (though of course there are plenty of ❤️❤️❤️❤️ out there). Could someone you know have done this??
Nope... there was an italian IP login between my logins the night it happened, so that must be it! I found it in the My EA Data that you can download on the Origin website.
Just logged in and found out my account is disabled because I broke the rules...
I’ve sent an email to ea straight away but I’m pretty much in despair...didn’t buy any coins and spent £200 on fifa points and rest was pure gameplay every day. Almost every sbc done, every objective player completed. 2 days ago I packed untradable Ronaldo. Only players I bought neymar, mbappe, kante and vvd. Seems all gone and going by what other ppl are saying it will take weeks to get anything resolved. Means I won’t be able to play today, or tomorrow...pretty much end of fifa for me then...
