“My packs” section missing on FIFA 18 on switch

Hi all,
In FIFA 18 Ultimate Team it shows that I have 3 unopened packs in the store. However, when I go to the store the “ My Packs” section is missing. It was there before, and just magically disappeared. Restart doesn’t work. Have also created a new account, and the same happened after my first game (the My Pack section disappeared). Is anyone familiar with this issue?
I called with EA and they couldn’t help. Thanks for letting me know!
