What’s the best Icon CDM to work towards over the next few months? <1M coins

I like an ICON with physical presence - Vieira like but <1M coins.

If it has to be an icon you should be able to grab prime Essien/mid Matthaus/PIM Makelele/PIM Des (depending on what position they give Desailly's PIM) in March for under xb 1 mil.
edit: Or just get base Blanc as above for well under a mil in Jan for the most similar body type to Vieira.
