competitive tiki-taka?! (not 41212)

Hey guys, I really want to play a tiki taka style but I’m having problems to find the right formation and tactics that seem to work every match. I’ve played a 433 but my Wingers seem to be too wide. Playing a 4321 seemed to offensive. The 41212 was ok but too narrow and I don’t like it all in all.

Is somebody in here playing with a good tiki taka style and is also being competitive in WL?

Also with having possession as offensive tactics setup it seemed to me that my players are just standing on the pitch.

I would really appreciate it if some of you may share their experience and maybe the tactics they use. Thank you guys.
