For that price, i don't think anyone is better really.

The only ones that outshine him are R9, Eto'o, Eusebio, Pele and maybe even Cantona but they are all above 3.5m

Like the guys are saying, there's no one more effective for 2 mil but there are others that are much more fun & unique like mid Cantona & especially base Puskas.
