Hacked by a WL opponent

Hey !
So today I only had time to play one WL game before heading out for the afternoon.
Played at 1 pm, was losing 3-1 and won 5-4 at the 120 min. Then left my home with my missus and the kids.
Came back at like 7 pm and could not connect on the web app.
Went to check my e-mails. and actually 3 minutes after I had won this unique WL game, I had an email from Sony sending me a verification code (it's then 1.24 pm, CET time). (has obv. not requested one). Did not see any of those e-mails before 7 pm when i tried to connect again.
10 min later, i.e. 13 min after my only game, I have another e-mail from SONY telling me my ID connection has been changed.
4 hours later (5.46 pm) I have another SONY e-mail telling me that my connection ID has been updated.
20 min before this last e-mail (5.25 pm) I have an e-mail from EA telling me I'm banned from the FUT market for the whole year. Have been playing extensively FUT for 3-4 years and never was banned for one hour.
Since then when I try to connect to PSN I can't. It's still the same password, but the hacker has enabled the two steps login and the message goes directly to his phone, as nothing comes on mine. To be clear, I did not activate the 2- steps login, this is new to me since I've lost access to my account.
So I can^t connect to the PS4 account and therefore can't even launch Fifa.
It is 100% sure the guy I played and defeated at the 120th min hacked me, as this happened between 2 and 3 minutes after our game.
What do I do now ?

Can't believe those things happen. I mean in my case they could trace fully well the hacker, yet of course they never will.
Will have to wait for monday to try and get access thanks to Sony customer care, and then it's gonna be yet another story with EA I'd assume.

I did not have 2 steps auth activated.
Unfortunately seems like all you can do is wait until you can have some human interaction from Sony.
Fingers crossed you can get this sorted mate.

Contact ea call centre they sorted me out a few yrs ago.
Sounds like your email, PSN and EA account have been hacked so you will need contact all 3 of them.
If you still have access to the email account use your phone to change the password ASAP.
Absolute nightmare. You should consider using a password manager like LastPass in future.

Thanks. They did not change my email password was able to recover and change it.
So ps4 and EA left. Still a nightmare.
