What to do before selling my PS4?

Luckily got a ps5 coming this week so I’m selling my PS4 pro. I only have Fifa 21 (and 20) both digitally downloaded onto the console. Do I need to do anything in regards to data transfer? Or can I literally just restore my PS4 to factory settings and then sell it? Assuming when I sign into my psn account that Fifa 21 will be there to download again

I took mine to GameStop, they basically reformatted it/deleted everything. Once you sign into your new Ps5 with your PSN everything will be there.

If you do want to transfer everything over you’ll have to wait to sell it. There is a quick transfer available when you first boot up your Ps5 so wait for that

Your entire hard drive from your games, clips, everything. If you want it all I opted for a clean slate and just started fresh

@SwankyStyle ah I’m not bothered about any of that stuff, as long as I can just turn it on, load up next gen Fifa I’ll be happy ill do a factory reset and deactivate as primary console
