All those trying to download it on PS5...go to the PlayStation App on your phone and on the homescreen it’ll show that you’ve recently played FIFA 21. Click on the picture of David Beckham and it should take you to the page to “purchase” the upgrade for free. Then log onto console to start the download...you need to do this by going to the FIFA tile on the PS5 home screen and then pressing option button, scroll down to select version and choose PS5 then a download option should appear just below the tile under the “Win as One in EA SPORTS FIFA 21” writing.

Technically they did say it’d be available 04/12/20 so it’s not actually out just that some of us have managed to download early.
Where is the upgrade to ps5 ??? This is not the oficial EA forum ?? This not the place we supposed to get help ??? When it’s time to buy everything works great but a free upgrade now it’s broken and I guess they don’t even have employees to solve the issues or answer for they problem
This is a joke..... We supposed bought the Physical Version of the game for PS4 with free PS5 upgrade included with it. Where is this option? It supposed that the free upgrade would be available today free for everyone, instead the owners of the digital version got it yesterday and we are still waiting I really don't know for what..... No announcements, nothing at all..
Every time after the ps5 disc upgrade ,I put the disc in ,It starts downloading the PS4 version.??? So annoying even with all the PS4 stuff deleted .spoken to ea help,But no ideas except restoring licenses which has been done
