If I am ahead of my opponent in goals when the match starts in the 2nd half my opponent pauses a few times then my players lag, become slow to respond and their speed of movement seems halved. My opponents though are running fast, very responsive, no lag etc.
Why is this happening?
Let me guess the game is trying to beat you and helping your opponent?
Ok mate 👌
Interesting you mentioned that...
I personally notice if I am a couple of goals up in a tight game the second half my defence appears to lose concentration and it's awareness. The CBs often part and make way for an attacker to run through. I could have defended all first half like mad yet the second half the AI decides to take a nap. Just saying. It has happened a lot against me and I am sure also for me.
Blue, you dont know this but I've actually really enjoyed reading your posts over the years and I have pinned you as a nice guy who is logical, reasonable and loves the gsme, the same as I.
Are you saying FIFA is scripted?
Yep, this is exactly what happens to me. The thing is it doesn't happen every game. It only seems to happen, like I said, when I am ahead in goals and only ever in the 2nd half after my opponent pauses the game a few times.
Oh well. I can't stop them using it nor can anyone else. I just wanted to give people a heads up in to what I have found. Record your games. Again, they activate the cheat when they pause the game. If you are playing and your opponent pauses, when gameplay resumes if your players are all of a sudden fatigued, slow to respond; basically playing as if they were 90 years old then, then it's with 99% certainty you're being cheated.
I wouldn't use those words.
I think there is some rock, paper and scissors effect depending on what tactic you are playing. For example it's obvious to notice that high press makes the other teams inferior and that leads to poor passes, strange runs and very hesitant defending. Often it is a case of needing to fight fire with fire. Though it doesn't make for a pretty game of football.
The 2-0 scoreline is seriously dangerous. Even when i go 2 up i say "uh oh" to myself.
There are many variables.
Agree with Blue. There are many variables. It's a natural reaction when I go down by two goals to shift to a more aggressive strategy since I have less to lose by throwing caution to the wind. At such times, my opponents might crumble because of they've played aggressive thus far and their players have run out of gas.
