Has anyone noticed a strange clothes choice on the manager?

In my CM the manager wears a kit during match days with the number 99 on his back and then if negotiating a transfer both of them wear kits, no idea what kits but they wear them. Seems quite bizarre just wondered if anyone has seen this?

EA says they know about this and the doublemint twins who now do the negotiations...while now wearing very ugly kits with the number 99 on the back.

Where have they said they know about this? I haven't seen any communication of them whatsoever in the last weeks.

I have seen a youtube video on this after I wrote my message. EA are not very professinal are they?

Something I have noticed. When playing in the F.A Cup the manager wears what he should but in everything else he wears a kit.
