Division Rivals Question

Hi all, yesterday I completed my 30 weekly matches and got in position 1 of division 5. I thought that position was blocked, but today I went to the mode and I was on position 2. I made a game to win some points to step up again to position 1, but I didn't win any point (I won the game). Is that normal or a bug?

Since you have played your 30 games this week you can not gain anymore points.
