I didn’t see a Ligue 1 thread, if there is one feel free to delete this.

Not sure how many people here watch Ligue 1 but it’s been exciting this season already. With PSG not 100% yet it’s giving other teams a chance to build a lead.

19 red cards already in the league, large part of that in PSG’s last match.

Saint-Etienne's CB Wesley Fofana is starting tonight, rumored to be going to Leicester and I know other Premier League clubs were interested.. Interesting interview from him where his little sister and mom were bullied for Fofana thinking about leaving the club. Now he's officially stated he wants out.

Is Poch capable of delivering PSG the CL? I just don't see him as a manager that can. I feel Poch is a downgrade to Tuchel, unless PSG are going to give Poch the time to build a team.

I don’t think he’s a great fit there personally yeah. I think Allegri is more suited to the club.

That said, if they let him mold the club, it could work.

Think he’ll win them the CL, depending on who they bring in. Their transfers have been horrible of late.

I'm in the same boat. I really do not like Neymar or PSG but I really want Poch to win something.

Absurd how good Ligue 1 is at developing youngsters. Look at how stacked the team is their taking the the European U21's this month, half of this squad is being linked with the biggest teams in Europe

Guendouzi is the captain too. Surprised Saliba isn't in over Badiashille but I suppose makes sense.

what a drama that was
i did bet for washington (NBA) to win with Psg Over 2.5 goals in game and it was almost gone .. was surprised that i won the bet after checking the game at the 75th

I thought it would be 2-2 and PSG would blow their chance of gaining ground after the 4th goal. That ending came out of nowhere and is a reason I like the French league. Terrible defending leads to some exciting finishes.

Watched Lille earlier and they were only about to get a draw so the final round of games is gonna be crazy, it's mad to think Monaco can still win the league if Lille and PSG slip up

Lille play a midtable side that beat them earlier in the season too. Saint-Etienne have came up with a few surprise results this season taking points off every side in the top five.

I think Lille win and get the trophy next week. PSG will win but come up a long short.

PSG v Monaco in the cup final Wednesday if anyone missed that coming up.

Happy for Poch. Probably won't get the league this year but he's turned around the mess and negative club house after Tuchel left.

Maybe next year he can win his first league trophy.
