Considering how many cards there must be in circulation it seems an extremely high rate of duplicates in FUT and I end up doing stupid SBCs just to get rid
Untradeable duplicates should go the way of training and fitness cards
That's it you can either store them or they are just removed from the players you can pack. But give me training and fitness cards over bloody tifos and stadium themes
All my packs this week - highest was 83. Put garbage in 82-86, got an 82.
Put garbage in double 81+, got 81 and 82.
Put those in TOTW SBC, got obscure 76.
This is after getting these in 89+

Have to agree. I did get good red picks but anything from packs has been shocking. Though in an 81+ double I got TOTS Ramos. Hadn’t played for three days before hand

I have been playing all year, but hadn’t played for a few weeks. I completed all of these either on the web app or companion. Just logged on and played some games for the first time in a while just yesterday.
If I remember correctly though, the first 89+ pack I got SS Ribery and a NIF. Could be something to that though. I still never actually logged into the console after that and just continued to open these via the apps.

3rd - TOTSSF Salah, NIF Ter Stegen
Same as last year. Absolutely nothing all year, then July comes around and my pack luck goes nuts.
Just got TOTSSF Werner from rank 2 DR rewards as well. It's actual insanity.
I'm happy for you, but why can't EA just hand out rewards evenly? How can some people get 6 NIF golds and some get 5 special players?

I know, man. I've been saying the same thing since the game launched. Up until TOTS started, I hadn't packed a single card worth more than 50k. Not a single promo card of any type (outside of the guaranteed SBCs, where I ALWAYS got the worst card in the set.)
Then I suddenly got TOTSSF VVD and Alisson from the EPL Upgrade SBC they released for one day, PIM R9 tradeable from a 7.5k pack, and the cards I already mentioned.
Exact same thing happened last year, too. Nothing all year, then packed Prime R9 in July, then my pack luck was insane. It's almost as if somebody is hitting a switch somewhere. It certainly doesn't feel particularly well-balanced.
This is why FUT needs regulating, and regulating quickly.
It isn’t like a fruit machine with a fixed 70-90% payout, this game is taking cash from consumers via packs/FP and manipulating rewards based on promotions and user activity. It’s just criminal.
Btw, these 86 and 89+ SBCs have been ridiculously good for me.

Hundreds of Millions of dollars are spent on fifa points with no true oversight on how EA actually sets out pack weight i mean what does <1% mean is it .0000000000000000000001% chance. The ultimate TOTSSF sbc proved that EA can change the drop rate in a matter of minutes and with the amount of money spent in this game we deserve to know the exact odds for packing players especially in guaranteed sbc's

I see what you are saying, but it would take so incredibly long to get all the untradeable rare golds in the game. If they abolish duplicate untradeables, I think there will always be some left to give out. If for some reason somebody has every single untradeable rare gold, then the system can start awarding common gold cards.
Wasn't going to do this again after getting Navas and Busquets the first time, but I gave in. Got TOTY TAA (my first TOTY pull in a decade of playing this game) and TOTS Haland. Was obviously hoping for Messi/Ronaldo/Mbappe but can't complain.
Did it on my 2nd account and got same EXACT 2 players! TS and DDG. Wow, just wow... I had NO intention of buying Fifa 21, but stuff like this just gives me even more reason to not give EA 1 more penny.

100% agree. If packs are gonna be churning out high rated untradeable duplicates there should at least be something half decent to throw them into, not just a load of moments / SH sbcs which have sat there uncompleted for a reason

I got gold Ter Stegen and Chiellini. i stopped playing for 2 weeks since the 1st 89 double pack....
but i still login to do 89 double packs.
2nd pack i got TOTY De ligt and TOTSSF Aguero.
3rd Pack i got TOTY Mbappe and SS Ribery.
my one and only 86+ pack i got Haland.
ya...i am card collector now, i also not playing anymore and not buying fifa 21.

Freed up a tradeable Griezmann to sell too, so recouped another 300k. Much happier.
