Put coins into 81+ packs or 82-88 rated pack?

Want to build some more of the totssf packs and wondering what is the better pack to go for to grind them?

82-88 rated pack can come in at about 4.5k and 81+ is more like 11k. 82-88 seems better for grinding but of course there's no chance of a high end totssf! What are you guys going for?

Got for the 81+. You get 2 players for 11k instead of 2 for 9k but there isnt a limit on the rating.

The 81 plus packs havent been much better than the regular gold upgrades for me.
