Sean being a player myself I could understand that a game which is played over by 15 million people globally must definitely a hotly debated game in terms of the issues that players are facing, we really care for you and I myself seldom submit my report by contacting EA when I have issue, as this is the best way for EA to know if you want any improvement in the game, I wil certainly submit it to the team

And about the compensation it is something which at this moment is unavailable for me to give in any way, however we do appreciate your love for our game and submissiveness and would love to have a long term association with you.

    those ea chat people are useless.

    i asked them about the datacentre in london and that i connected to it ONCE, have the IP addresses and everything.
    they said nope, no datacentre in london.
    i then said about the one in dublin and they said not sure if there is one in dublin either...
    I said it says there is one on EA Pitch notes and they said thanks have nice day and closed the chat.

    Customer service par excellence — has EA managed to fix goalie uniforms so they are not the same color as field players?? Yes, they care about their customers...

    Hey mate.
    Do you have any info on the London datacentre?
    Why is there all this secrecy around it?
    I played one game on it and haven't played on it since, literally 0 info about it on EA website anywhere.

    @EA_Roger case number is 63106217 and the guy was called Junaid S.
    I was politely enquiring why the gameplay has been horrendous (my 99 paced players outpaced by 78 paced players etc) and seem to be being matched on Dutch servers (messages every player after game) even though I am in UK and should in theory be matched on London or Dublin servers.

    The London datacentre is a myth.

    The Rotterdam server is actually closer to a lot of UK players than the Dublin one.
    The only problem is, the distance of players you're playing could be further away than when on the Dublin one.

    Yeah come on EA sorting out a massive bug like this is very important to the switch community. Greenwood sbc today was a good start but this really needs to be fixed else a lot of players wont buy fifa 21. @EA_Roger
