I cant do the community sbc. Whats a freaking special item. Tried all the special card but not working on the app.

I think special items were renamed from icon swaps 3, maybe as a way to group different icon swaps seasons so that you can pool them for greater SBC swaps. If you go to SBCs, and search under Quality -> Special Item, you'll pull up only Icon Swaps 3. I have a few Icon swaps 2 that won't work.
