Need help deciding what to do next

Hey there! Like everyone else I am kind of bored with the game LOL

Should I upgrade my 86 Vidal to 90 and have 350k and no second team?

Or, should I do a mid icon pack and build a new second team around him (whoever it is) for 350k?
