EA - i agree some tweaks needed to be made to make it harder, but as usual, you guys made way too many changes all at once to affect the gameplay. The last update overpowered ai defending, scaled back runs, worsened ball control (even from 90+ ball control players) and lowered player reaction speeds and aggression.

You need to scale some of these changes back like now.

Theres also definirely an issue with the gameplay alteration approval process. I think when u guys make tweaks to the gameplay u focus too much on the impact to the actual result or a given game (ie score) and less on the mechanics / individual dynamic changes to the game. Jan vertongen shouldnt out run Salah. Daniel James shouldnt be able to knock over van dijk and win a 50/50. These are things that are happening now, while they do make the game harder, they completely ruin the experience and make people crazy / leave people playing in disbelief.

If you want give me a call ill walk you through how to improve the game. Its pretty straight forward to me so im hoping with a simple explanation you guys can incorporate. You have to promise youll take good notes though, ill get annoyed if i have to repeat myself in the future.

Thanks

The OP defenders in Pro Clubs make the game even more boring especially because just about everything has been nerfed (apart from goalkeepers and defenders).

Fairly good analysis. However, players have been repeating the same thing for years without EA finding the right compromise. There is a dilemma between those who want this game or another game. I am for the choice of gameplay in the same game, to choose between an arcade mode or a simulation mode in the entry menu. Indeed, there will always be different styles of players. The question is, "Does EA have the skills or abilities to be able to satisfy this or that idea?" EA goes around in circles and doesn't manage the simulation style enough to make it stable and consistent.

For me, the future of video game publishers will also be to leave free, the choice of gameplay, in order to better satisfy all players. With a simulation game, it's very complicated, because the slightest deviation can become unbearable.
