7 chem is fine... keep team chem at 100 and you’ll probably not notice a difference.

Player models/animations etc mean far more than stats do in this game imo.

A random Liga MX player with 99 everything still isn’t going to feel as good as a Neymar, etc.

I play POTM Aguero and RTTF Diego on 8 chem and they are just fine.

It's fine. Still get more chem than subbing in the player and subbed players seem to do ok.

I'm playing Nedved on 7 and literally no noticeable difference to when I had him on 10.
