There's too many great finishers with better pace and better skills, weak foot out there.
Use for fun or if you're just a massive fan of him but for 500k you can get several more effective cards.

POTM Suarez is a lot better.
Suarez has amazing dribbling combined with the great positiong and finishing.
When I used RVN I found that the only way, or at least the best way to beat the backline with him was to do that L1 fake shot, where they drop their shoulder and make a sudden burst. That little burst of pace was so handy for getting space with him. I thought maybe I could just spam that and get the best out of him but in the end it just seemed like too much hard work.
Also a Utd fan and Ruud was my favourite striker too.
Its not that he's bad, his finishing is great but like I said the problem is there's a ton of cards out there now with 90+ finishing and positioning and with far superior agility, pace, weak foot etc that make players like Ruud less desirable
