Do cup games count like league games?

Nope. It will go on your main screen stats but doesn't count. And no cup Trophies in Trophy case. Also a cup win doesn't get any points in the Club world table.

So cups are completely pointless. And they won't patch it because they don't care about Pro Clubs.
